(“Orneda,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services. --- 1. Eligibility You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. You are bound by the payment terms and renewal policies of those platforms. We do not process or store payment information directly. All billing disputes must be resolved through the respective platform. --- 4. Cancellation & Refunds You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple or Google account. Refunds are subject to the refund policies of the respective app store. Orneda does not issue refunds directly. --- 5. Acceptable Use You agree not to: - Violate any law or regulation - Infringe the rights of others - Post or distribute malicious, harmful, or abusive content - Reverse engineer or tamper with the Services - Use the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access if you violate these Terms. --- 6. Ownership & Intellectual Property All content, branding, software, and technology provided via our Services is owned by Orneda Inc. or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. --- 7. Data & Privacy Use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy: https://orneda.com/privacy We collect, use, and store your information in accordance with international standards (GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA). Orneda is not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of these third-party services. --- 9. App Store Compliance Our mobile apps comply with: - Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines: https://developer.apple.com/app-store/review/guidelines/ - Google Play Developer Policies: https://support.google.com/googleplay/android-developer/ All in-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We comply with user data, subscription management, and content policy requirements of both platforms. --- 10. Disclaimer of Warranties The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Orneda makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or availability. We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. --- 11. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orneda Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the Services in the 6 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. --- 12. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orneda Inc., its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights. --- 13.
